Thanks. Current Action 16apr - updating shop 8apr - putting up my Ichkas for people to see and buy if they like. ^^ Gywark are a lizard type creature. There are two known types: the Normal Gywark and the Digger Gywark. When both are being spoken of, the term Gywark is used. When one wants to distinquise between the two, the terms Normal Gywark and Digger Gywark are used. Normal Gywarks live in sand deserts, savanas, jungle, and in wet lands or swamps. Their diet depends largly upon their location and nearby sources, but most Normal Gywark will eat anything that comes their way if they can easily get it. They often invade nests of nearby animals, eating young and egg alike. The Normal Gywark's favorite meal is, ironically, dragonflies, moths and fruits. Digger Gywark live in savana, warmer mountain areas, and any type of forest. They, like Normal Gywark, enjoy eating almost everything. They dig borrows into the ground not only for living, but also as traps and looking for ground bugs, like worms, and little ground animals, like moles. Their favorite dish is wild onions, carrots, fish, and worms. Gywark will, depending on their region, hunt, fish, gather, clean, sport, play, and sing or hum. Gywark live in a Gywer, and many times mutiple Gywerkn will live close together. Studies are currently going on to locate more Gywark. Evidence has been found that might lead to aquatice Gywark. Some reports have also come in of flying Gywark, but those reports could easily be fooled with any sort of small to medium sized flying lizard.

Extensions may be handed out, but only a week ahead of the due date. 4 -- Maximum of 4 grown gywark to page, whether they are male or female doesn't matter, nor does it matter if there are younglings and eggs about. But only 4 grown per page. They can get pretty argumental. 5 -- You can own any amount of gywark you want. 6 -- At all sales it is 2 gywark per person unless stated otherwise. 7 -- A Gywark cannot mate within it's own clutch. If a Gywark has no clutch, then it will mate with any Gywark.<br> 8 -- You're allowed to flip your Gywark around so it's facing the other way, if you want (they all do have a tendency to face left, don't they? that's because i'm too lazy to flip some of them around... so, if you want you can do that... wait, didn't i say that already?) 9 -- I hold the right to change, add, or remove rules if needed.... The egg of both Gywark are the same in shape. The color of the egg shell doesn't indicate what color the Gywark will be. The Normal Gywark's egg shell is thin and not hard to break, so you have to be careful with them. Digger Gywark's eggs are thick and harder to break. Many times they will be the coloration of the ground they're layed on, unlike Normal Gywark eggs, which can be any color in the rainbow. Stage Two, Hatchling/Youngling Normal and Digger Gywark Hatchling At this stage Normal Gywark are hiding amongst the bushes, playful and active, and copiers of their parents and other adults. The Digger Gywark are just now coming out of their borrows, some cautiously, othes quickly and playfully following their parents out. If Normal and Digger Gywark live close enough, the young will interact and play with each other. Sometimes long lasting friendships are formed and the Gywark will remain close even in their adult years. Most Gywark often go different ways once they're old enough to act with their own group (hunt, clean, take care of other younglings, etc). Stage Three, Adult . Normal Gywark Adult --------- Digger Gywark Adult Adult Gywark hunt, gather, clean, take care of younglings, and, remarkibly to some people, sing. The Normal Gywark have a varied voice range, like humans, while the Diggern Gywark are often low, deep, and earthy. Adults will sometimes hum to their eggs or hatchlings, or to keep themselves amoused while at a task. When two groups of Gywark or more get together, their might often be lots of happy, contents singing and humming. Gywark enter adulthood at around the same time. Like humans, they're not all suddenly adults. This is when Gywark start selecting a future mate. Wild Gywark mate for life, while domesticated Gywark can mate with several partners, the best method being having them isolated or with Gywark of the same sex. Sometimes there is a strange bond and a Normal and a Digger will get together and create a half-breed. In this pairing the hatchlings will often look like the mother. If she is Normal, they will be closer to Normal. If she is Digger, they will be closer to Digger. Though sometimes there can be a mixed brood and mixed Gywark. These pairings cannot be created in captivity by forced mating, like mentioned a bit ago. Usually the Gywark have grown up together since Hatchlinghood. Special thanks to Raven San for creating these outlines for me -hug- Types There are currently two known Gywark types, the Normal Gywark and the Digger Gywark (talked about in first post). They only differ from each other in major location and that Diggers live under ground, while Normal on top. Elements Several "elements" are currently known about. A Gywer is the name of the family group Gywark live in, it means the same thing as herd, clan, flock, etc, but only for Gywark ^_^ Gywer is one group of Gywark, Gywerkn (k-wer-ken, sort of like "k, workin" lol) is two or more. With human owned Gywerkn the name is always The (name of the group) Gywer. Requirements to Start a Gywer What you need to start one is, after all the common sense stuff (like a webpage XP):: 1. A minimum of 4 Adult Gywark, any gender. 2. A nice, "healthy" page with info, proper link to me, and a short paragraph or more. Following of the Getting a Gywer Rules and just the general rules too Getting a Gywer Rules** 1. You have to have the things stated under Requirements to Start a Gywer. 2. You need to have all the info on the Gywer Form (more info below) 3. You need to inform me when you're getting a Gywer and wait for my OK. So, How Do You Get It? Simple! Either you contact me some way (e-mail, IM gresaviba, or post) and we'll talk about it. It costs nothing to get the badge showing off that you have a Gywer. You can either ask me or make your own badge. Remember, all the info is needed and you have to have my OK to gt it. Either follow the dimensions I have in my example or make your own size, as long as it's banner sized. There's other choices for you ^^ Cost: 1] 120c 2] 50c from each owner 3] 100c 4] 120c A Digger and a Normal Gywark can mate together You can pick whether you want 2 Gywark to mate for life (no cost, or anything); if you do, they shouldn't mate with any other Gywark! Females lay between 1-6 eggs (sometimes up to 11 on certain cases), but the average is 3. Owner(s) (pick)s the eggs wanted and the rest go on sale. If you have one parent you can look here (click) and see if you find a partner you like. About Genetics: Most Gywark young take element and Type (Digger or Normal) after their mothers (reason currently unknown), so if you're breeding for element or Type, the best chance to get them is to choose a mother with those traits. The father is usually the one the young take their looks after, as in fur color and eyes. If mother and father have same Type and element, the young will be the same. OK.. A strip runs from nose tip to tail tip, and is usually a darker shade of the Ichka's base color -- also a patch on the jawbone and on the snout. Sometimes strip and patch color is different, around 1/15. Blue is an uncommon color, as are pink and yellow. A few times blue does appear in patches on shoulders and rump for males, and neck and legs for females. (patches from lightest to darkest blues) Tail is usually rabbit/deer-like and at times may be mutated. Long usually only shows up on Ichkas living in cold climates. Most of them have short fur. Claws are retractible. Around 3/10 are black, 5/10 normal greyish-white, 2/10 silver. Patterns are usually generated when Ichkas have lived near other animals for severl generations. They are usually used to mimic predators' patterns, though that predator might not even hunt them. Large cats, wolves, wild dogs, and birds of prey patterns have been generated. Several patterns can be found in Ichkas -- even if the animal's ancestors have never been near or even know what that pattern's creature is. Example: An Ichka can be born with a Zebra pattern, but none in its family have seen or know what Zebra is. PRICE: 150c Note: Guest colored. Maybe I should have stated that >_< The reason they're .jpg is because that's how she saved them. The type of .jpg they are though, my program won't read, so I can't even open them @__@ My own pics are saved as .png. I would save as .gif, but my program doesn't support them. And I don't usually use gradients x_x that was just how me friend colored them. Ack. I'm hesitant to buy them though firstly because of the writing on the card. It seems like parts of it you've just put in with the mouse rather than a text tool, and it looks a bit sloppy to me.
